The Civil Legal Aid Clinic has been moved to the Family Law Facilitator's office at the Court located at 495 Main Street in Placerville. The paralegal is available on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to discuss the following topics:
- Unlawful detainers;
- Adult name changes;
- Civil harassment restraining orders;
- Answers to debt collection law suits;
- Enforcement of money judgments;
- and
Small claims
- Expungements
